Quality control is essential for the production of sound casting. At EL- NASR Casting Company, Quality control is imposed at every stage of the production, from checking of raw material to final inspection of the finished product. Determination of main elements of the molten metal is carried out using optical emission technique.    M molten metal  temperature is continuously monitored during melting and pouring . Moulding sand is checked for composition and physical characteristics. Pressure test is performed to every pipe, fitting and valve. Visual inspection and measurement checks are carried out through all production processes. All efforts are directed to fulfill the technical parameters and meet the required standards.
