Establishment
of El-Nasr Apprenticeship Station (School) Affiliated with
the Company to Qualify Technical Cadress for Various
Industrial Sectors
In line with the state’s
direction support technical and applied education as one of
the key pillars of sustainable development, the Company has
taken a pioneering step by establishing a specialized
Apprenticeship Station (School) under its auspices. Which
aim to graduate a new generation of skilled technicians
academically and practically qualified to serve various
industrial sectors. This initiative stems from the company’s
deep belief that investment in human capital is the most
reliable path to achieving the desired industrial and
technological progress. The
training station (school) represents an integrated model of
cooperation between education and industry, as its
curriculum is designed to combine theoretical academic study
with practical field training inside the company's
factories. Students are given the opportunity during their
studies to apply what they have learned in a work
environment, enhancing their technical skills and preparing
them for direct entry into the labor market upon graduation.
Furthermore, the qualification awarded to students is
accredited, allowing them the opportunity to continue their
university education.
The training station (school)
offers specialized programs in various technical fields that
support different industrial sectors, including electrical
maintenance, computer network systems maintenance and repair,
metal casting, chemistry and laboratory analysis, metal
turning, and ready-made garment production. The station’s
laboratories and workshops are equipped with the latest
devices and tools that simulate the real work environment
within factories.
The training station
(school) also places special emphasis on developing
students' personal and behavioral skills through training
programs in discipline, teamwork, adherence to quality
standards, and innovation in technical problem- solving.
This ensures that graduates are fully capable of competing
in the local and regional labor markets.
Through this project, the
company affirms its national responsibility and role in
supporting technical education and the Egyptian industry. It
aims to prepare a generation of skilled technicians who will
form a solid foundation for the development of various
production sectors.
The establishment of this
training station (school) is not merely an educational
project, it is an investment in the country’s industrial
future. It contributes to bridging the gap between the needs
of the labor market and the outputs of education. It also
strengthens the ability of national industries to compete,
produce, and contribute to sustainable development. Registration and admission have been
opened for the 2025/2026 academic year at the training
station (school) for students who have completed their
preparatory school (general or Al-Azhar) education in 2024
and 2025. The first cohort of students has already been
welcomed into the available specializations at the training
station (school). We
